1. Who we are

Celeb Konnect ("we", "us") is an India-based platform that lets fans follow creators and chat with them privately. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use Celeb Konnect. By signing up you confirm you are an adult and the information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscriptions & payments

• Chat access is ₹499/month for users in India and $49/month for international users, billed automatically via Paytm.
• The currency shown is auto-selected based on your country. International payments are processed in the INR equivalent at checkout (approx. ₹84 per USD).
• Every new user gets their first conversation free.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing month.
• Payments are non-refundable once a billing month has started, except where required by law.
• All plans are monthly auto-renewing. There is no yearly plan today.

4. Content & conduct

You agree NOT to: send illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual-with-minors, or threatening content; share personal contact info to move chats off-platform; impersonate creators; attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Creator replies

Some replies on Celeb Konnect are sent by creators themselves; others may be assisted or generated using AI in the creator's persona. We do not guarantee that any specific message was hand-written. Photos shared in chat are unlocked from the creator's curated gallery.

6. Account termination

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On deletion we remove your profile and messages within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in your city of residence or our registered office.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: email, display name, profile photo.
• Chat content (so we can show your history and reply).
• Posts, follows, likes, comments.
• Payment metadata from Paytm (subscription status, order IDs). We never see your card or UPI PIN.

How we use it

To run the app, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with: our hosting/database provider, our payment processor (Paytm, used for both INR and USD billing), and our AI provider (used to generate creator replies — message content is sent to them for that purpose). All processors are bound by their own privacy commitments.

International users

If you access Celeb Konnect from outside India, your data may be transferred to and stored in India. Subscription charges for international users are displayed in USD and processed through Paytm in the INR equivalent. By using the service from outside India, you consent to this transfer and processing.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data from Settings, or by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
